Identify Design are not responsible for any content on any external links, including, but not limited to, links within tutorial sections, staff profile pages or user posted comments. By browsing Identify Design you agree to this.

We reserve the right, at any period in time, to ban viewers without warning or consent. We reserve the right to edit or modify any content submitted to our website, with the exception of links. We reserve the right to ammend, delete or re-distribute user submitted comments for our own purposes, with the exception of to third parties.

We reserve the right to edit any content on our website at anytime without consent or approval of anybody other than the administrator.

3) Our Promises

We guarantee that we will never allow malicious script to operate on our website with our consent, nor run third party cookies anywhere on our website. We guarantee that all information obtained by our surveys or tracking device will be used privately for research and nothing else. We will never pass any of your credentials onto third party sources.

We guarantee that all content featured on our website is original and not plaguiristic in nature whatsoever.

4) Submitting your Tutorials

Identify Design offers its viewers the oppurtunity to upload or submit their tutorials to our website for publishing.
Links
Tutorials hosted on other websites added for links will be added at our discretion. Adding your tutorial to our database does not mean we will make it public, nor does it guarantee a link anywhere on our website. By submitting your tutorials you agree that:

  1. Your Tutorial is clean of nature and appropriate for all ages.
  2. Your tutorial is original and your own work and not a copy or replica of content hosted anywhere else on the public mainstream internet.
  3. Your tutorial is in English and is perfectly readable and doable and not a fake in anyway.

Failure to complete with these requirements will result in removal of your link from our website and blacklisting of your domain for an undefined period of time, at the administrator's sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove your link at any period in time from our site. By submitting your link, you agree for a 75 x 80 pixel image of your publication to be displayed on our website, duty free.

Submitting Original Work
All tutorials submitted for publication on Identify Design are uploaded with the following agreements in mind:

  1. Your tutorial is unique, original and specific to the category you are submitting it to.
  2. Your tutorial is clean and suitable for all ages.

By uploading, you agree to the following:

  1. We reserve the right to re-word, modify or truncate tutorials at our discretion.
  2. We maintain allowed usage of your tutorial until a termination is agreed on our behalf.

We will never claim ownership of any tutorials submitted and published on our site. We guarantee to always provide a link back via the Staff Profiles page a copyright message and link back to your website or portfolio will always be published alongside your tutorial.

By uploading tutorials to be published on our site, you agree to the above specifications and agree to allow us to use your tutorials for any future developments on our website.

5) Conclusion

We appreciate all visitors to our website, wherever they are from and whatever their purposes in browsing are, unless their browsing breaks one of the agreements under 1) Your Responsibilities. If you spot errors, if you find something offensive or have a complaint about anything, please use the appropriate Contact Form with the appropriate subject.
